Frogs, toads and tadpoles by Roman and Meg

Roman had to write a song about frogs for reading today.  Meg helped us out and this is what they came up with.  Sing this song to the tune of "Twinkle Twinkle"........

I like toads and bark mulch too.

Bullfrogs are the kings of the zoo.

Tree frogs are the best climbers

and they stink at swimming with birds.

I think they are really cool

'cuz they don't have to go to school.

Tadpoles like to swim around

and sometimes they tend to frown.

Turtles are their enemies.

They can't even see their knees.

Frogs and tadpoles are the best.

They don't even have to get dressed!
